Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their long-term financial security.
- Utilize cutting-edge digital tools to streamline processes and enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with NYLIFE Securities to offer a comprehensive suite of insurance and investment products.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in financial services.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Experience in financial services or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Ability to lead client consultations with confidence, delivering tailored financial solutions that meet individual needs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to enhance client interactions and streamline service delivery.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to share insights and strategies with team members for collective success.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting junior professionals, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the team.
