Project Manager Lee Roofing – Chattanooga, TN Salary: $45,000 per year + Performance Bonuses + Company Truck Lee Roofing is looking for a highly organized, motivated Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from material delivery through final completion. This is a hands‑on leadership position that plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while keeping projects on schedule and on budget. What We Offer Bonus based on performance Company car Training & development $45,000 annual salary Monthly performance bonus opportunities Company truck provided for business use Fuel reimbursement for business travel Paid training Opportunity for advancement in a rapidly growing company Supportive team culture Responsibilities Oversee roofing projects from start to finish Ensure crews have all materials and information needed before installation Inspect material deliveries for accuracy and quality Arrive on job sites early to ensure projects are properly set up Verify property protection systems are installed before work begins Monitor installation quality throughout the project Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners Communicate project schedules and updates with customers Resolve customer concerns professionally Perform final quality inspections Ensure every job site is thoroughly cleaned after completion Document each project with before, during, and after photos Upload documentation into JobNimbus Track materials, invoices, and job costs Coordinate with sales, subcontractors, and office staff Assist with material deliveries and other production needs Help maintain an organized office and warehouse when projects are not underway What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational abilities Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to lift materials and climb ladders when necessary Construction or roofing experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person Schedule Monday–Friday Installation days begin early on‑site Office reporting on non‑installation days Occasional additional hours during busy production periods Bonus Opportunity Earn an additional $500 per month by consistently completing project documentation requirements, including: Complete photo documentation Signed Certificates of Completion Accurate and timely paperwork submission Why Lee Roofing At Lee Roofing, we’re committed to delivering an outstanding experience for every homeowner.
