We’re seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our Parks Maintenance Team. This team plays a vital role in keeping our outdoor parks clean, safe, and enjoyable for the community. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for nature and public spaces, we’d love to hear from you! What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance such as mowing, trimming, raking, and litter removal Inspect park facilities and playground equipment for safety hazards Assist with landscaping, planting, and seasonal park preparation Repair or report damaged benches, fencing, signs, or other amenities Clean restrooms and ensure sanitation supplies are stocked Operate light equipment such as leaf blowers, mowers, and utility vehicles Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner Support special events setup and takedown when required What You Get Competitive hourly pay Employee meals and discounts Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or facility maintenance is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Still Think This Is For You?
