This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and poise. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.This is a temporary assignment and follows a hybrid work model and will be onsite in our Pawtucket, RI office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.**What You’ll Do*** Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and handle scheduling changes with efficiency.* Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, transportation, lodging, and expense reconciliation.* Procurement & Finance: Create and process purchase orders (POs), track budgets or expenses, and ensure accurate and timely approvals.* Meeting & Event Logistics: Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas; manage logistics for team meetings, offsites, and events.* Ad Hoc Assistance: Support special projects and confidential initiatives as requested by senior leaders.**What You’ll Bring*** 1–3 years of administrative, coordinator, or executive support experience, preferably supporting senior or C-level executives.* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with expense and procurement systems preferred.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.* Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Hasbro through an external staffing agency. You will be employed by as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Hasbro.In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range for this role. The hourly range for this position is $20.80-$31.20 per hour.
