Manpower is currently sourcing an experienced Maintenance Technician for a local company in North Valleys.
Manpower is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing a safe, functional environment for all occupants. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Use tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist with residential painting and other facility improvement projects as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility operations.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage maintenance projects and supervise team members.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers for troubleshooting automated systems.
- Competence in using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Solid mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various equipment types.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
- Experience supervising teams or projects within a maintenance environment.
- Capability to maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Skills in residential painting techniques for facility enhancement projects.
