Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a busy, well-established family dental practice in Arlington, TN. This role focuses on providing comprehensive general, restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dental care for patients of all ages in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The provider will deliver high-quality patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and build long-term patient relationships while working alongside an experienced clinical team. This opportunity offers excellent earning potential, a strong patient base, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and general dental procedures
• Perform crown and bridge procedures, extractions, and restorative treatments
• Perform root canals and dental implants (preferred)
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical and infection control standards

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Tennessee Dental License required
• Minimum 2 years of private practice experience
• Strong experience in comprehensive general dentistry
• Experience with crown preparations and extractions required
• Root canal and implant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice

Compensation & Benefits:

• Negotiated guaranteed daily rate for the first 6 months
• Production-based compensation thereafter (Most providers earn $200K+ annually )
