Job Title: Cook Lead – Food TruckLocation: Branson, MO (Still Waters Resort)Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (Flexible based on availability) Located at Still Waters Lakefront Resort - Over 230 rooms from 1 to 3 Bedroom Units Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook Lead to oversee daily operations for our food truck. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily food truck operations, including food prep, cooking, and serviceSupervise and support kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and qualityMaintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organizationMonitor inventory levels and assist with ordering suppliesEnsure consistency in food presentation and tasteProvide excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionallyAssist with menu planning and specials as neededQualifications:Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (food truck experience a plus)Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentLeadership and team management skillsReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysWhat We Offer:Competitive pay (based on experience)Fun, team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to work in a scenic resort settingGrowth opportunities within the team
