Taking on this school-based Occupational Therapist position means collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting a caseload of 30-50 students, and providing crucial services both in person and remotely. Through varied responsibilities, you’ll expand your skills and become a valuable educational partner for the students you serve.
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Oregon, or eligibility
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability for hybrid (in-person/virtual) environment
- Able to start by September 1, 2026, and commit through June 9, 2027
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services in person and virtually
- Consult with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
