Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Oregon, or eligibility
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability for hybrid (in-person/virtual) environment
• Able to start by September 1, 2026, and commit through June 9, 2027

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services in person and virtually
• Consult with educators and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
