Part Time/On Call- Office Services Associate

Overview IST Management is seeking a Part Time/On Call- Office Services Associate to join our San Francisco team at IST Management Services. The Part Time/On Call- Office Services Associate will be responsible for providing customer service in both corporate and legal offices in the San Francisco area. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in hospitality or customer service, are willing to train, possess a level of professionalism and are ready to grow in their office services career. Base pay range $24.00/hr - $24.00/hr Hourly compensation Hourly Compensation: $24.00 - $24.00/hour The Opportunity This is an assignment-based, part-time, on-call, direct-hire role with IST Management Services, performing office services work 8-30 hours per week. Minimum assignment length one full day (8 hours, 1 hour lunch); assignment lengths may range up to multiple weeks. Hours will range from Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. No nights, no weekends. Accepting all assignments is not mandatory. Location will be centralized around the San Francisco, CA area with no more than one location per day. Responsibilities Reception - Answering calls, forwarding voicemails, greeting guests, validating parking, etc. Hospitality - Ensure site common areas are stocked and maintained, check conference rooms and reset after meetings, etc. Mail Room - Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages Copy Center - Fulfill scan/print requests according to instructions Front desk reception coverage including answering phones and directing calls Maintain high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Adhere to business procedure guidelines Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and Windows PC skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Lifting up to 55 pounds; reliable transportation to/from work IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
