Starting Pay: $34 per hour (Pay is based on previous experience) $2 PM/Night shifts differential 10% weekend pay differential for all shifts Open Roles: Full-time role (1.1FTE) 12 hours Overnight 6pm - 6am shifts Rotating Weekends Full-time role (1.1FTE) 12 hours Day Shift 6am - 6pm shifts Rotating Weekends Full-time role (0.8FTE) 8 hours Mid-Shift 11:30am -7:30pm shifts Rotating Weekends (Admission Nurse) Part-Time role (0.6FTE) 8 hours PM Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm Rotating Weekends Part-Time role (0.6FTE) 8 hours overnight 10:30pm-6:30am Rotating Weekends Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for enriching the lives of geriatric care residents? What you bring to the table: LPN License in good standing in Illinois Long-term Care experience (Preferred) Caring and compassionate nature Possess strong computer skills Duties and Responsibilities: Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately Carrying out all physicians orders accurately Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately Please note that any benefits below only apply to full-time employees.
