Assistant Executive Director

Assistant Executive Director – Assisted Living/Residential Living Community As the Assistant Executive Director, you’ll play a key support role within our Assisted Living campus or Residential Living community. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director to support daily operations, team leadership, resident experience, and administrative functions—while gaining hands‑on exposure to all aspects of senior living management. This role is ideal for a motivated, growth‑minded professional who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a long‑term career in senior living leadership. This role may also be known as Assistant Administrator, Assistant Executive Director, Assistant Community Administrator, or Assistant Manager (Assisted Living) / Manager in Training.
