Design marketing and educational materials including brochures, flyers, infographics, web and email campaigns, social media visuals and presentations. Create consistent elements that adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry. Collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies aligned with campaign and communication goals. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients into design revisions. Work independently to develop work that is on strategy. Collaborate with copywriter to deliver creative and strategic assets. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. Bilingual – Spanish required. Experience Requirements At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer. Experience designing materials for healthcare brands, products, or services. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both print and digital design. High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Strong understanding of basic marketing principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to think strategically and creatively within the constraints of healthcare regulations. Excellent project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across teams. Ability to set priorities while handling multiple tasks and learn quickly. Experience executing creative briefs and transforming complex content into simple marketing assets. Proven ability to present design concepts and strategies to key stakeholders. Experience with medical, legal, and regulatory bodies in the healthcare industry preferred. Required Portfolio Creative Design Portfolio is required.
