General Manufacturing - Component Assembler - Fourth Shift

Job Summary Shift: 4th Shift Days of Work: Friday to Sunday Work Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Work Location: On-site (Mankato, MN) Starting Salary: $24.24 to $27.73 hourly + 10% shift differential Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies of standard or custom designs. Work from detailed drawings, specifications, and/or schematics. Follow prescribed procedures and methods. Adjust, fit, and align parts to meet inspection standards. Perform soldering connections to appropriate standards. Ensure work is subject to final inspection and check. Perform daily and weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency. Acquire skills, dexterity, and assembly techniques through a minimum of 5,000 hours of experience. Perform other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below. Qualifications Vocational or high school graduate required, plus appropriate job training. Must be a sole U.S. citizen.
