What You’ll Do: Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off-hours Be the go-to person for staff, residents, and families alike What You Bring: Valid LPN license in VA.
