IMPACT Group, a global leader in relocation and career coaching, is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Transition Advisor to support recent college graduates relocating for their first corporate roles.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for newer coaches to gain hands-on experience with a reputable coaching organization while guiding young professionals as they acclimate to life in a new city, build confidence, and establish balance in their post-college careers.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n Coach recent graduates through the personal and professional transitions that come with relocation and starting a new job. This may include researching resources in their new locations, as well as coaching and supporting them within their early career development.\n Deliver one-on-one virtual coaching sessions aligned with IMPACT Group’s proven service delivery standards, maintaining and active caseload of participants and managing coaching engagements from start to finish.\n Provide encouragement, accountability, and practical strategies to help participants adjust to new environments, build routines, and thrive personally and professionally.\n Ensure all coaching sessions meet IMPACT Group’s quality and program standards to deliver measurable results.\nQualifications:\n\n 2-3 years of experience working with people during major life transitions; coaching, training experience and/or certification preferred.\n Strong empathy, communication, and organizational skills.\n Experience or interest in working with early-career professionals or college graduates.\n Comfort with virtual coaching platforms and maintaining digital client records.\n Ability to manage a flexible, part-time caseload and meet program deadlines.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit: (bullet points describing ideal candidate)\n\n You have a demonstrated passion for helping people through major life transitions\n You enjoy serving as an advocate for people and are comfortable being a resource, doing research and making calls to ensure a successful relocation process\nPlease read more about us at IMPACT Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation—and that work should be accessible to everyone.
