Onboarding Specialist

What you’ll do: Act as a liaison between the Operations/Sales & recruiting teams and BDN Contractors Provide support for the BDN Contractors Use problem solving skills to find ways to meet the needs of the BDN Contractors Ensure onboarding documents and other requirements are properly completed prior to the start of an assignment Communicate with Account Executives and Recruiters to ensure proper documentation is completed and received Set up & track drug tests and background checks per client requirements Track and communicate pending requirements to internal team Send out and review contractor paperwork Benefits And Perks: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Short and long-term disability 401k Future leadership opportunities in a growing company.
