responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams from business award through to the start of production to ensure successful, on-time, and high-quality product launches.

• Develop, execute, and adjust detailed project plans , allocating resources and managing day-to-day operations to keep team commitments.

• Manage end-to-end project financials , including budgets, capital investments, revenue forecasts, and cost targets.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and internal communication, managing project scope and resolving performance issues.

• Enforce execution discipline and standard project management methodologies (e.g., NPI, APQP) to ensure all deliverables meet quality gates and compliance standards
