Position Overview Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer Client: Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications Location: Hybrid Schedule (2 days onsite and 3 days remote) Projected Assignment Dates: July 27, 2026 – July 25, 2027 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (35 hours/week) Pay: $75.00 to $80.00 per hour Project Background The IAM Engineer will provide support for multiple highly critical projects requiring 24x7 availability, including support for 311 services. The role involves supporting cloud and on-premises infrastructure, IAM operations, Active Directory, Entra ID, ManageEngine solutions, and Tier 2/3 IAM technical support. Scope of Work 311 cloud and on-premises infrastructure ManageEngine BSP Engineering and Operations IAM Tier 2/3 technical support After-hours support coverage as required Primary Responsibilities Active Directory Engineering & Administration – 30% Designing, implementing, and maintaining Active Directory environments Managing enterprise directory services Troubleshooting authentication and access-related issues Entra ID Engineering & Administration – 40% Managing identity solutions in cloud environments Implementing secure access controls and identity management practices ManageEngine Solutions – 20% (implied) Supporting ManageEngine solutions Performing engineering and operational activities Maintaining IAM-related systems IAM Tier 2 Technical Support – 10% Troubleshooting IAM issues Supporting technical escalations Collaborating with infrastructure and application teams Mandatory Skills & Experience A minimum of 12 years of hands‑on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions Demonstrated expertise with industry-leading technologies: Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects Deep understanding of RBAC methodologies, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred / Desirable Qualifications PowerShell scripting experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
