Als service advisor bouw je sterke vertrouwensrelaties op en zorg je voor een goede opvolging van de werken van de klant. Klanten worden warm en professioneel ontvangen en begeleid bij vragen over onderhoud, herstellingen, facturen en technische interventies. De onderhoudshistoriek van voertuigen wordt zorgvuldig geraadpleegd om elke afspraak optimaal voor te bereiden. Opmaak van prijsbestekken voor onderhoud en herstellingen met opvolging van goedkeuringen bij leasingmaatschappijen. Beheer van vervangwagens maakt deel uit van de functie, inclusief de controle op eventuele schade bij in- en uitgifte. Ben jij iemand die initiatief neemt en graag meedenkt met de organisatie?
