Job Opportunity: Full-Time Internist

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Internist to join the Department of Ambulatory Care as faculty. This position is ideal for a passionate physician eager to serve an urban, ethnically diverse, and underserved community within a vibrant and supportive academic environment. The facility is conveniently located and accessible via public transportation and car from various parts of New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Teach and supervise medical residents and students.
• Engage in activities within an academic community hospital setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• MD degree.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Valid New York State License, DEA, and Medicaid number.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai that aligns with your credentials, experience, and qualifications. Our compensation package is highly competitive and includes:

• Salary range of $236,000 to $241,000.
• Faculty practice distributions throughout the academic year.
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) support.
