We are hiring dependable individuals for a manufacturing role in a fast-paced production environment. This is a contract-to-hire position offering steady hours and the opportunity to grow into a permanent role.
Shift
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overtime and weekend work may be required
What You'll Do
• Clean and prepare metal components using solvents and tools
• Perform light grinding to remove imperfections
• Apply brazing paste and assemble parts per detailed instructions
• Operate brazing and spot-welding equipment
• Inspect finished parts and document results
• Report quality issues to the appropriate team
• Maintain clean equipment and workspace between cycles
What We're Looking For
• 6-12+ months of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed, repetitive instructions with precision
• Basic math and reading skills
• Able to lift 50-60 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warm, industrial environment
• Team player with strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED
Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing setting (warm, loud, and fast-paced)
• Casual dress (jeans, t-shirt, steel toe boots required)
• Hands-on, physical role
