Parking AttendantParking Attendants are responsible for daily setup/tear down of the resort parking lots and directing guests to appropriate parking spots that result in the most effective use of space.Responsibilities:Daily set up/tear down of parking lot according to the directions of the Parking Lot ManagerResponsible for directing resort guests to appropriate parking spaces that result in the most effective use of space in all parking lotsKeeping the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and trash-freeDaily trash collection from all outdoor trash binsProviding excellent customer service as the guest's first point of contact upon arriving at the resortResponsible for snow removal on pathways and staircases leading to the lodgeEducation / Experience Requirements/ Skills and Ability Requirements:Excellent English communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a professional mannerAbility to observe and apply all applicable safety standardsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasksUsing logic and reasoning to offer solutions to problemsAbility to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and perform snow removal as neededMarginal Duties & Responsibilities:Clarify expectations and seek additional training as neededProvide basic assistance to guests with car troublesProvide knowledgeable information about the resort to inquiring guestsUse SNOWsat to check equipment in and out (e.g. snowcats, snowmobiles, and rangers)Report any suspicious mechanical issues or abnormal performance of equipment to the Vehicle Maintenance department via SNOWsat.Expert customer service and English communication skills required.
