IMC/Stepdown Registered Nurse – Eastern Market Regional Resource Pool (SLH, SNGH) Location: Williamsburg, VA. Shift: First (Days). Position: Full‑time, permanent day position with a 6‑week assignment cycle. The role requires travel to Sentara Leigh Hospital (Norfolk, VA) and Sentara Norfolk General Hospital (Norfolk, VA). The Eastern Market Regional Resource Pool offers additional assignments in ICU/Critical Care, Emergency Department (ED), IMCU/Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical. Responsibilities: Assess and admit patients. Conduct routine and advanced rounds, including medication administration. Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Document all clinical activities and ensure quality of care. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent. Current RN license in Virginia. Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Intermediate/Stepdown settings. Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in a team environment.
