Board Certified/Board Eligible - Internal Medicine
Job Details:
- Clinic-only practice with the possibility of working hospitalist shifts during the year, if desired
- Flexible and adjustable hours to support work-life balance
- ZERO Call model - all after-hours call is covered by a separate dedicated call team
- Friendly team environment consisting of 8 physicians and 8 APPs (IM/FM Team)
- Average of 16 patients seen per day
- Admit to a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital facility with transitional care services
- EM physicians staff the ED with complex case transfer options available to a nearby 330-bed facility
- Supported by hospitalists and elder care team for long-term care facilities
- 24-hour Nurse Care line with RN nurse triage office support in the clinic
- Epic electronic medical records system
- Access to a multi-specialty clinic including Family Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Mental Health, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, Psychiatry, and many additional specialties and consult services
- Full-service clinic includes laboratory, radiology (general radiology, 3D Mammography, MRI, CT), and retail pharmacy with medication management
- Minimum of 6 weeks of time off per year
- Malpractice and tail coverage provided
