Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. This includes creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and behavioral guidelines. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all client records are up to date and reflect the treatment provided. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by our clinical team to accurately identify client needs and measure treatment effectiveness. \n
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that are proactive and client-centered. \n
- Engage in licensing and accreditation processes actively, ensuring adherence to standards that enhance service quality. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those requiring substance use recovery support, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Providing culturally competent and empathetic counseling services, you will help these individuals navigate their recovery journey, focusing on fostering resilience and enhancing their well-being.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is required. \n
- Eligibility for licensure by the State of Massachusetts. \n
- A valid driver’s license in good standing is essential for client outreach and community engagement. \n
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and rapport quickly with clients. \n
- Ability to actively listen and empathize with clients while providing necessary guidance and support. \n
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage documentation and treatment plans efficiently. \n

- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other digital documentation tools. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and their application within clinical settings. \n
- Experience working in outpatient or similar environments focusing on mental health recovery. \n
This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to facilitate your integration into our team. We provide monthly productivity bonuses, reflecting our commitment to rewarding performance.
