GRADE: 62SALARY: $16.47/hour Sampson Area Transportation is seeking a part-time Administrative Office Assistant to provide general clerical, administrative, and customer service support for the department. This position helps address client needs by serving as the first point of contact for the general public.  In this role, you will: Welcome visitors at the front deskAnswer incoming client calls and direct calls as appropriateReceive and respond to general inquiries and service requestsReceive, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mailOperate a variety of standard office equipmentMaintain vital office records What we're looking for:Team players who can work independently and collaboratively to support daily operationsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to provide high-quality customer serviceAbility to establish trust and maintain effective working relationships with clients and employees through strong interpersonal skills A high school diploma and previous office experience are required for all applicants.
