**Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum of one (2) year of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent selection. Ability to communicate effectively, take initiative & be organized. - * Data, AI, and dashboard creation.* Experience with college career services office.**Preferred Qualifications:** 1(one) year or more of Campus Recruiting experience (highly desired). Experience with Workday.
