Paragon Automotive is hiring for our repair location in Virginia Beach.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to help manage daily repair shop operations at one of our three sister locations.

This is not just a basic front-counter position. We need someone who can communicate professionally with customers, create accurate repair estimates, order parts, coordinate with vendors, manage technician workflow, and help keep the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and clearly documenting vehicle concerns
• Creating accurate repair estimates and explaining recommended repairs
• Ordering parts and coordinating with vendors
• Managing technician workflow and job priorities
• Keeping repair orders organized and updated
• Communicating with customers about approvals, delays, and completed work
• Helping ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently
• Managing parts returns, warranty issues, and vendor follow-up
• Maintaining shop cleanliness, organization, and professional workplace conduct
• Supporting management with daily operations, customer satisfaction, and overall shop performance

What we are looking for:

• Automotive service advisor, service writer, parts, or shop management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized in a busy repair environment
• Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
• Comfortable using computers, estimating systems, phones, and vendor portals
• Ability to work professionally with technicians, customers, vendors, and management
• Reliable attendance and a serious work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Experience with CRM software and Mitchell 1 is a plus.

Pay:

$50,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience, with performance bonus opportunities.

Compensation will be based on experience, automotive knowledge, estimate writing ability, customer communication, technician workflow management, parts coordination, and overall shop performance.

Schedule:

Full-time position. Final schedule will be discussed during the interview.
