Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation

Schedule: Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), no weekends

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility and functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to enhance patient recovery and return to community activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize specialized techniques in orthopedic, neurological, and stroke rehabilitation, as well as chronic pain management.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
