Digital Marketing Specialist

Through innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives, we bring our brand to life and connect with customers on a global scale.The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Stuller's digital marketing strategy through research, execution, and analysis focused on driving E-commerce growth through paid search engine marketing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Search Engine Optimization, Paid Social Media Advertising, Video Advertising, Site Search Optimization, and Analysis and Reporting as well as general strategy for all digital marketing avenues. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and optimize paid search, display, video, and social media advertising campaigns.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and campaign improvement.Monitor campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, and provide recommendations to maximize return on investment.Support ongoing search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to increase organic traffic and website visibility.Collaborate on website content, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement initiatives.Analyze and report on digital marketing performance across paid search, SEO, email, retargeting, website marketing, and other digital channels.Develop insights and recommendations using marketing data to support strategic decision-making.Partner with Marketing, IT, Sales, CRM, Strategic Analysis, and other teams to execute and enhance digital marketing initiatives.Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within digital marketing.Assist with additional digital marketing projects and responsibilities as needed.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and marketing analytics.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, keyword research, and digital marketing reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience with social media advertising, retargeting, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft Excel.Experience building reports and analyzing data within business intelligence platforms such as MicroStrategy.Familiarity with Google Search Console, landing page optimization, and link-building strategies.Self-motivated learner who stays current on evolving digital marketing trends and technologies.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and share knowledge with others.RequirementsStuller is the jewelry industry's largest manufacturer, supplier, and technology developer in North America.
