Executive Recruiter Role Summary The Executive Recruiteridentifies,evaluatesand delivershigh-levelaccounting and finance professionalsfortop clients.The role demands outstanding communication skills, a well-developed professional network,strongorganizationalskills,and theability to act quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage a full 360 recruiting desk by prospecting both new clients and candidates. Identifyand recruit prospective candidates andclientsusing different sourcing tools and strategies. Manage new and existing accounts through frequent communication and client visits. Negotiate contracts and ensure documentation is executed. Work with clients toidentifyhiring needs within accounting and finance. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and alignment with client's needs. Handle all interview coordination and communication ina timelyand professional manner. Support office goals byparticipatingin team meetings, where you will discuss the project pipeline and marketing strategies. Qualifications Business-to-business sales and recruiting experience is a must! Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases. Recruiting experience for accounting/finance is helpful, but not required. Success Factors Ability to build strong working relationships with prospective and current clientsand candidates. Self-motivated with a competitive mindset. Proactive approach with strong multi-tasking and management skills. Strong knowledge of outreach methods and the ability to generate new businessopportunities. Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. Integrity and confidentiality. Compensation This position offers a draw vs commission plan. The draw is at $70,000with commission starting off at40%, with anaverage total earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $350,000/year. Incentive Structure: This role includesastrong40-60%commissionstructuredesigned to reward performance with unlimited earning potential.
