About the Position

Registered Nurse – ICU/PCU (Critical Care) for a 13-week contract assignment on the night shift . The RN will provide comprehensive care to critically ill and progressive care patients, including patient assessments, continuous monitoring, medication administration, management of complex clinical conditions, collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team, implementation of individualized care plans, and accurate documentation in the Cerner electronic medical record. Candidates are expected to deliver high-quality patient care and consistently meet established clinical performance standards throughout the assignment.

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU/Critical Care experience
• Active RN license
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• PALS Certification required
• Experience caring for ICU and PCU/Critical Care patients
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Ability to work 3 x 12-hour night shifts
• Holiday availability required
• Ability to meet established clinical performance expectations
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and emergency response skills
