Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid RN license, applicable to the state of assignment
• Minimum one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in perioperative procedures, patient assessment, and surgical instrumentation
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient perioperative care to surgical patients
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary staff
• Monitor patients’ status before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols
• Document care using EHR and ensure proper surgical counts
