Medical Laboratory (MLT/MT/MLS):

• Schedule: Full-Time · Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
\n
• Location: Sparta, TN (just over 1 hour from downtown Nashville and 1.5 hours from Knoxville)
\n

\n

Overview:
\n Join our team and perform complex laboratory procedures across all clinical areas and patient populations. You’ll support accurate diagnosis and treatment while upholding the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, performing routine maintenance and quality control, and communicating critical results efficiently.

\n

Qualifications:
For MLT:

\n

\n
• \n

  Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology

\n
• \n

  Completion of an NCCLS/AMA-approved program

\n
• \n

  Tennessee licensure or national certification (ASCP, AMT, etc.)

\n
• \n

  Experience preferred (1+ year)

\n

\n

For MT/MLS:

\n

\n
• \n

  Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or a related field

\n
• \n

  Tennessee license or national certification preferred

\n
• \n

  Experience preferred (6+ years)

\n

\n
