Job Responsibilities

• Work three consecutive 24-hour shifts within a seven-day period (totaling 72 hours).
• Manage a maximum of 5 patients per shift in an 8-bed inpatient pediatric unit.
• Provide inpatient care, conduct emergency department consultations, and oversee newborn nursery duties, including deliveries.
• Perform central line placements and pediatric intubations as required.
• Care for patients starting from 32 weeks of gestational age and older.
• Primarily handle low-acuity cases, with some mid-level acuity patients.
• Utilize quick transfer options for acute cases.
