About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director or Vice President of Asset Management to lead the performance of a large national portfolio. This key leadership role is highly visible and cross-functional, sitting at the intersection of asset management, procurement, and investment strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving portfolio performance, optimizing asset-level performance, and guiding capital allocation decisions. Key responsibilities include leading the asset management strategy, partnering with field operations teams, overseeing KPIs, and managing the procurement function. The role also involves identifying and executing value creation initiatives, supporting acquisitions underwriting, and participating in investment and lease committee discussions. The ideal candidate for the Director or Vice President of Asset Management position at the company will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a strong focus on driving NOI growth and enhancing property-level performance. They should be adept at managing and developing procurement strategy, as well as identifying and executing value creation initiatives. The role requires the ability to collaborate with data and analytics teams, mentor a growing asset management team, and partner with senior leadership on long-term portfolio strategy. A background in real estate, finance, or a related field is essential, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being a plus. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
