Sr. Client Service Specialist (Weekend Days)

Responsibilities Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Records consistent problem areas. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED 2-4 years client service experience Certifications & Licenses Professional certification may be required in some areas.
