SAFe Certified Scrum Master

To support a large federal government project, the full-time SAFe Certified Scrum Master will lead Agile practices for multiple teams, facilitate scrum meetings, and promote continuous process improvement while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, including PI Planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups Build collaborative relationships across a cross-functional Agile software development team Track team progress, risks, and impediments, and partner with stakeholders to maintain delivery focus Required qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile development and software integration projects Expertise in the SAFe framework and experience leading automated application deployments Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and capturing meeting actions SAFe Certified Scrum Master or comparable certification is preferred Ability to obtain a Government clearance
