The starting base salary for offers will depend on the candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The quality of your product decisions will have a direct impact on the confidence that school administrators have in us to solve their most important needs, especially as we utilize AI in completely new ways to rethink their workflows. As a product manager at Edia, you’ll have complete ownership to scope, define, and ship products 0 to 1. You’ll be the CEO of your product—responsible not just for defining what to build, but for driving it to success. The ideal candidate is extremely smart, high-agency, has great taste, and is excited to shape how millions of students across the country experience school. What You'll Do Work with the CEO to shape an insanely compelling product vision Meet with 100+ prospective clients to deeply understand their problems and validate solutions Define product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across teams Build functional prototypes and front-ends yourself using AI coding tools—you should be able to vibe code your way to a working product Refine products with great attention to detail Work with marketing to communicate that vision and captivate customers Work tightly with engineering to ship high-quality products on time Use data and customer feedback to iterate and expand key workflows Define success metrics and hold yourself accountable to outcomes Qualifications You’ve built something great, ideally from scratch 5+ years of product management / product design experience in software Ability to build your own front-ends (or get pretty far) using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit Extremely smart, high-agency, and relentlessly resourceful Great taste—you know what good looks and feels like You’re fast and productive—you get thing done Deep care about improving outcomes for students and educators Work Authorization: We are currently unable to sponsor or transfer work authorization for all jobs.
