Clinical Director

We're Hiring: Therapy Clinical Director — Minnesota Location: Minnesota (Remote initially, transitioning to an in-person or hybrid role once our clinic location is established.) PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Minnesota . This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision. Role Overview: 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities. Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week. Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians. Conduct clinician interviews and support team development. Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care. Work remotely during the initial phase as we establish our Minnesota clinic, then transition to an in-person or hybrid role at the new clinic location. Requirements: Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Minnesota . Strong clinical and leadership experience. Passion for mentorship and team growth.
