Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner

- Walk patients to the appropriate treatment or consultation area

- Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes

- Provide light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and inviting reception area

- Educate patients on the difference between a medical spa and a day spa, ensuring they understand our specialized services

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient questions

- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations

- Collaborate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a medical or spa setting

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of medical spa services and the distinction between medical spas and day spas

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Basic housekeeping skills and attention to cleanliness

- Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic health records is a plus

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
