Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position. Responsibilities In-house program in a friendly, slower-paced community environment providing holistic care, including prevention Provide speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs State-of-the-art rehab gyms and the ability to build relationships by following patients across a continuum of care (inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness) Clinically focused, patient-centered treatment decisions that drive our programs Positive leadership philosophy that provides opportunities to contribute to programming, systems, and idea sharing Due to our company being a non-profit organization, school loan forgiveness is available after 10 years Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the State(s) where services are rendered Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred) Additional Information Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more.
