ABOUT THE ROLE: The Director, Digital Consulting – Transformation is a senior consulting leader who serves as the named Digital Account Lead for an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts, while bringing a distinctive specialization in enterprise transformation strategy, operating models, business cases, and complex program mobilization. This role is part of Trace3's Digital Account Lead leadership model. The Director leads assigned strategic accounts by owning the integrated Digital Consulting strategy, executive relationships, responsible growth, engagement health, delivery quality, escalation management, value realization, and reference ability. The Director brings a distinctive Transformation domain spike while orchestrating the full strength of Trace3 across Digital Consulting, Regional Account Leaders, Business Units, practices, partners, and delivery teams.
