We are on track to continue doubling our sales every five years. About the Account Representative Program The Account Representative program is designed for individuals who are new to outside sales. The program begins with a structured two‑year training and developmental period. During this time you will work full‑time as an entry‑level Outside Sales Representative, earning a base salary plus bonus and commission compensation. Training & Development Classroom‑Based Learning Online Product Training Hands‑On Practice, shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Divisional Trainers and experienced Sales Representatives Key Skills Developed Prospecting and Cold‑Calling Local Businesses Hands‑On Product Demonstrations Transactional Selling vs. Systems Selling The Sales Cycle Relationship Building Developing and Maintaining a Book of Business Program Goal The end‑goal of the program is to prepare you to transition into an Outside Sales role with Kimball Midwest.
