Adobe Experience Developer

AEM DeveloperAs an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability. This role requires strong knowledge of AEM development practices, with a preference for candidates who have 2+ years of .NET experience to support integration and backend services.Key Deliverables and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with UX/UI designers, QA, developers, and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements in an Agile environmentCustomize and extend AEM functionality, AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practicesIntegrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methodsConfigure AEM workflows for content approval and publishing.Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutionsProvide technical support, deployment, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholdersDocument technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharingConduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirementsWhat We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings 10+ years of AEM development experience, including custom component development and platform integrations, with strong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and related technologies. They are familiar with front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, Angular, and React, and understand how to integrate these with AEM and external systems like.NET RESTful APIs and third-party platforms. They possess solid knowledge of AEM administration, Agile practices, version control, and CI/CD processes, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
