Home Sales Consultant | $35K Base + Uncapped Commission

Automotive sales, insurance, telecom, and other commission-driven sales professionals: your experience could be a great fit here. NOW HIRING for a Home Sales Consultant to help buyers find an affordable path to homeownership in one of our manufactured home communities.

This is a sales role with a $35,000 base salary paid regardless of sales , plus uncapped commission. We’ll teach you the manufactured housing side; you bring the drive to build a pipeline, follow up, and close.

Earning potential

• Base salary: $35,000
• On-target earnings: $78,000–$125,000 when meeting the goal of 2–3 home sales per month
• Top performer potential: $150,000–$200,000 for those consistently exceeding goal

Commission earnings depend on individual sales results and are not guaranteed.

What you’ll do

• Guide buyers from their first conversation and home tour through a signed sale.
• Work toward a goal of 2–3 home sales per month , with commission tiers that reward additional sales.
• Build your pipeline through prompt follow-up, prospecting, open houses, referrals, and local outreach.
• Market available homes through Facebook Marketplace, online listings, social media, and community signage.
• Prepare accurate sales agreements, payment calculations, sales tax information, and credit checks.
• Track leads and customer conversations in the CRM.
• Follow Fair Housing standards and company policies in every interaction.

What we’re looking for

• A track record of meeting sales goals in an individual, commission-driven role.
• Confidence selling face to face and following up until a decision is made.
• The ability to manage your own leads, schedule, and daily marketing.
• Comfort working with numbers, contracts, and customer details.
• A coachable, dependable teammate who enjoys helping people.
