What You'll Be Doing (Hands-On from the Start) Partner with managers to run the full show at rental locations—handling customers, operations, and everything in between. Take charge of key departments: Keep things running smoothly and make sure every area performs at its best. Manage fleet flow and inventory (both on the lot and in the system) to match customer demand and reservations—think strategic puzzle-solving with real impact. Work the counter system like a pro: Open/close rentals, modify contracts, update manifests, and keep everything accurate. Sell smart add-ons (extra insurance, GPS, vehicle upgrades) to boost revenue and customer satisfaction. Handle opening/closing routines and security like a boss.
