What You'll Do

Package, label, and palletize soup products

Lift products from conveyor lines and place them into boxes

Monitor packaging equipment to ensure smooth operation

Verify labels and packaging quality

Hand palletize boxes weighing up to 30-50 lbs

Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Comfortable lifting up to 30-50 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment

PPE suit required

No jewelry, makeup, fake nails, or similar personal items allowed

Cold production environment maintained at approximately 45F

Fast-paced team-oriented setting

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $22.77/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
