If you are a results-oriented professional with over 3 years of estimating experience in various markets such as commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material expenses. Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as required to optimize project outcomes. Draft and deliver comprehensive budgets, reports, and project plans. Manage multiple, concurrent estimates across various projects. Collaborate effectively with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while also being able to work independently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, or office sectors. Experience in managing projects valued up to $50M. Proficient in construction management software and tools. Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. What We Offer: Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $130,000, dependent on experience.
