Campbell's Premier Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Campbell, CA. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements:

Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred

Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff

Ability to manage a patient caseload efficiently and independently

CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
